On March the 21st, Omeida Chinese Academy invited a tea master to introduce the Chinese tea culture to the students.
As he introduced, there are five kinds of Chinese tea according to whether the tea is fermented or not. They are green tea, red tea, Wulong tea, white tea and black tea. He also introduced several famous teas in different categories, like Longjing in Hangzhou, Tieguanyin in Anxi, Pu’er in Yunnan, etc.
The master is introducing the equipment of Chinese tea. Each one has its sepcial use during the process. After introduced, master also showed us how to use these.
The master also brewing some famous teas to students while introducing. For different kinds of tea, the water temperatures should be different, so as the brewing duration.
To make good tea has to go through the process, which is also an enjoyment and art.
