On December the 6th, we had a chopsticks culture lesson, which was really lively.
Sophia is giving an introduction of the origin of chopsticks
Now, they are learning the proper way to hold chopsticks. Do it as Chinese do.
Now, we are going to practice what we learn. Competition one: pick the soybeans.
They are divides into three groups. Kyle vs Thomas, Elliot vs Kazu from Japan, Robert vs Dimitri. Well, the winner will have an extra term. They are really concentrated.
Thomas, Kazu and Robert had another term. Robert is holding Kazu’s hand because they think only in this way it can be more “fair”. :D
Even being banned for several seconds, Kazu still won the game. Now, champion of chopsticks smile! He said he had practice for this game for more than twenty years.
Now competition two. We make a circle and pass the chopsticks held between nose and upper lips. Cindy and Robert are demonstrating.
Hoho! Everyone hold your chopstick!
