Yesterday one of our very own students, Joan, ran a Tai Chi class outside Omeida Chinese Academy. It gave students a taste of this Chinese martial art which is practiced for both its defense training and health benefits.
Starting Posture—— Ma Bu aka. Horse stance
Xing Bu—— standing on one leg each time,then change and walk
