Culture Class- Calligraphy Character “fu”
This week students learned all about Chinese calligraphy during the culture lesson. Becky taught students how to create "fu" a character which holds a lot of significance in Chinese culture and means good luck, fortune and blessing.
Eidta and Omonigho are our new friends. For them this was the first time to attend Chinese calligraphy lesson. So, they totally immersed the class.
We have an English teacher from the English Academy joined us.
After this lesson many students had a new appreciation for Chinese calligraphy.
