Trip to the famous Longsheng Rice Terraces

Hiking around the rice terrace
Longji (Dragon's Backbone) Terraced Rice Fields received their name because the rice terraces resemble a dragon's scales, while the summit of the mountain range looks like the backbone of the dragon. Autumn brings us lots of happy memories in Longji Rice Terrace before the rice harvest.

Last weekend Omeida organized a weekend trip to the famous Longsheng Rice Terraces. Staying in a guest-house on top of the mountains with a fantastic view of the spectacular rice terraces was a memorable experience for all. Not only did students get to experience the local culture, but also have a BBQ dinner and hike amongst the rice terraces.
