Dragon Boat Festival
On May the 5th in lunar calendar, it was the traditional Chinese Dragon Boat Festival. On this day, Chinese people will row the dragon boat, and eat Zongzi. This year, we are going to make some Zongzi.
First of all, we need to prepare the stuffing which including stick rice, peanuts, chestnuts and meat.
We also need to prepare bamboo leaves.
Look! Aunty Zhang is teaching Anna how to wrap a Zongzi.
Now Anna is teaching Cindy.
Everybody wants to try. And today we are going to make three pots of Zongzi!
Jonathan is brilliant with making new style Zongzi. ;)
These are the Zongzis we made in different styles.
Then, we put them into pot and boiled for about 1 hour.
Here we go! The zongzi are ready! Everybody gets ready to eat! Haha! ：D
