Saturday outing-trip to Xingping ancient town
Xingpings "Old Street" is one-kilometer long, lined with old brick buildings and assembly halls like those of many different provinces. We walked in the ancient village and climbed the Laozhai Mountain in Xingping last Saturday.

Bernd only has 4 days left in Omeida, but he has made lots of friends and experienced the colorful country life here. He's an outdoors man. Yangshuo is a famous area of natural beauty, his10-day experience in Omeida was a wise choice. The hours we spent with him will be one of the most memorable periods in our life.

It’s Michel’s third time in Omeida, there is still something new to experience. Great advances have been made in his Chinese skills with the help of his Chinese teacher and language partner. In Omeida, we consider him as part of our family. We all are ready to welcome him anytime.

We’re sure Jeanine’s first time in Yangshuo will remain in her memory. From a beginner to level 2 in a month, all of the teachers are really proud of the progress she's made. Next week, it will be her last cultural class in Omeida and class dinner before she leave. We will cherish every moment with her for a long time.

Niel has just finished his trip in Yunnan. He loves music and travelling. In his first week, he has already gone to Xingping, TV tower and experienced rock climbing which will last forever in his memory. It’s a great start for him here at Omeida. We’re looking forward to spending more time with him.
We have experienced great progress between the students in both colleges. “Help others, help yourselves!” Living in Yangshuo and studying in Omeida, it’s your best choice.
