Saturday trip in Xingping
About three hours up steam Yangshuo, the small town Xingping is the jewel of the crown. Xingping is about 3 hours on bike or an hour by mini bus from Yangshuo, the old village has been there for over thousand year. The mountain scenery around Xingping is undoubtedly breathtaking. We had a trip there with our students in Omeida language school.
Enjoy the walking on the old stone street.
Anne Is going to leave Yangshuo this weekend. We have a unforgetable memory with her in Yangshuo.
It was an old building in the local idiom.
Old stone paved street in the whole village still well kept and a small but historical opera theater has been restored as a live museum.
The raised stage is made of wood with beautiful engraving around. In front of the stage is an open air courtyard with gallery on one side.
We climbed Laozhai mountain in Xingping. Comparing with TV tower, it's not very rough way to the top, but the ladder close to the top looks breathtaking.
