Omeida Staff Team Building & Christmas Celebration
Last Sunday, all staffs of Omeida celebrated Christmas with an activity Team Building at Eco Farm Restaurant in Yangshuo.
The session started with a presentation, the facilitators introduced themselves and asked the participants to do the same.
Warm Up
A warm up session all of us were limbering up for the games.
Lap Sit
Participants form a circle facing the person to their right. On the facilitators command everyone has to sit back. If the participants trust each other they’ll end up sitting on each other laps.
Biggest Fan
A fun name game in which everyone has to get involved giving support to team members.
Human Knot
Problem-solving in close proximity
Rope Knot
A bit more of mental challenges that will keep the participants busy for a while longer than it would seem at first sight.
Silent Line Ups
Simple problem-solving without the help of verbal communication.
Magic Carpet
A problem that has to get solved through teamwork and leadership skills.
Robert Wars
Participants will form teams in which different ropes will have to be played and will have to work together to best other teams.
Short Break and Lunch Time
The activity is aimed at building Omeida staffs good friendship. And at the same time is to celebrate Christmas.
