西红柿炒鸡蛋(xīhóng shì chǎo jīdàn)

Stir-fried egg with tomato is a very homemade Chinese dish which in Chinese is called 家常菜(jiā cháng cài). It's tasty and also very easy to cook. 
What we need are as followed: tomato (500g), 2 eggs, oil (50g), white sugar (25g), salt (5g), spring onion and water starch (15g). This is for two people.



Fisrt of all, cut tomato into pieces, and stir eggs.
Put some oil into a pan after the pan gets hot, then fry the stir eggs. When the eggs is medium well, take it out and standby application.
Now, you cook tomato till it comes out some sauce(can add a litter water into it), then mix the fried egg and add seasoning(white sugar, salt). At the end, pull the water starch into the pan. Your stir-fried eggs with tomato is done.
