Art course-Chinese ink blowing
Chinese ink blowing as a famous traditional cultural originated from 1980. The main material we used is ink. The plum blossom is the main object of blowing painting. The hardy plant lived through the cold winter so that they were also often written in classical Chinese poetry.
Students in Chinese Academy had art course this week with their language partners. After the brief introduction of Chinese ink blowing, we started our work on the painting only with paper, ink and straws. Blowing the ink to draw the plum tree and using fingers with red ink to draw the plum flowers are the main steps to finish an ink blowing.
All of them had an open space for imaginational and innovative arts. We firmly believe that the cultural class will be of great help to accelerate improvement between students in Chinese Academy and English College in Omeida. Enjoy our study in Omeida, enjoy our life in Yangshuo.
