A Life Style in Yangshuo Named Taichi
Would you like to join a leisure life after work? Come to Yangshuo Omeida Language School and get it. Weeks ago, Zem gave us a Taichi class at Omeida Chinese Academy. Zem is a popular and skillful coach from Yangshuo Nengda Taichi School which is a cooperative partner of Omeida.
Our class started with a video of a battle between Master Fu (the 12th generation of Chen style Taichi, he is also the headmaster of Yangshuo Nengda Taichi School) and 20 people from all over the world. It has a more than three centuries history since it has been named-Taichi quan.
Taiji quan has branched to different styles from Chen style(陈氏). For instance, as they are known, Yang(杨氏), Wu(武氏), Wu(吴氏) , Sun(孙氏) and He(和氏). Zem majors in Chen style Taichi. The presentation showed us that the main characteristics of Chen style, the helps to good health of learning Taichi.
To learn Taichi well, first of all, you need a good teacher. After that, here comes to the talent with the very important element-study and train hard. And also, you have to learn with a peaceful heart in good mood, you must have an unchangeable determination to learn it well, you need determination to make it up, you must never to give up and have to be insistent and patient. After the presentation and a few minutes warm up, Zem brought us into a Taichi culture experience.
